Class Registration Terms and Conditions

The classes are non-refundable and non-transferrable. The registered student will have access to the class downloadable training guide and class files, and class recording in their My Classes area.

Each class is recorded during the Zoom class session. The recording will be available in the registered student's My Classes area and is only available to students registered in the class on that date and time.

If the registered student attending the class does not want to be recorded, the student may watch the class recording after the session in their My Classes area and use the downloadable training guide and class files to follow along with the recorded class.

We reserve the right to reschedule classes if necessary and will make every effort to accommodate each student's schedule.

PowerPoint FAQs

How do I attend an online class?

We use Zoom for our online classes. You'll find the Zoom link for your class when you log into your Virtual Instructor account. You'll receive a Welcome email and two Reminder emails (one 2 days before the class and one 1 hour before the class) with reminders on how to log into your account and where to find the Zoom link.

What happens if I can't attend the class?

The classes you are registered for are recorded and will be made available in your Virtual Instructor account within 48 hours of the class. You can download the training guide and class files and follow along with the video.

How do I download the class files and training guide?

The training guide and class files will be available for you to download two days prior to the class. Log into your Virtual Instructor account to download the files.

Can I ask questions before or after the class?

Log into your Virtual Instructor account and open the Class Card for your class. You'll see a button to Ask a Question. You can ask questions before and after the class. When you're in the class it's a live session, so you can ask the instructor questions regarding your class.

Are there group discounts for the classes?

Group discounts are available for businesses and organizations to register multiple people for classes. Click the button below and we'll contact you to get your people registered for classes.

We have 18 PowerPoint classes for you to choose from. We've separated them into series that cover specific topics.

You can sign up for a bundle of classes (save $$$ - learn more) or you can choose from our a la carte menu.

Each class is on Zoom and includes training guide, class files, and hands-on exercises.
Each class is recorded and made available to enrolled participants.
If you're not able to attend the class you're enrolled in, you'll have access to the recording, training guide, and class files.
The training classes are designed for the PC version of PowerPoint 365.

These classes are designed for people who have been working with PowerPoint for a while and know there must be faster, more efficient ways to get their projects finished.

The Series 200 classes will show you how work more efficiently with text boxes and graphics. You'll also learn formatting tips and how to use Themes in PowerPoint as well as all your other Microsoft Office 365 programs.
